FreeCalculators.pro is operated by Jean, an individual based in Malta, European Union. This site provides free online calculators across a range of categories including finance, health, science, mathematics, and more.

For any privacy-related questions or requests, you can reach us directly via the contact page. There is no privacy team or automated system โ€” your message goes directly to Jean.

Calculators collect no data. All calculator inputs and outputs run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into any calculator is transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere. We also do not use analytics software, so your browsing behaviour on this site is not tracked or profiled.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect only for the purposes described above. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list or send you unsolicited follow-up messages.
  • Server logs are retained for standard operational and security purposes.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or any form of targeted advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Ever.

How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as necessary:

  • Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Server logs are typically retained for 30โ€“90 days by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

Security

This site uses HTTPS throughout, meaning all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. We take reasonable technical steps to protect the personal data we hold.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have any security concerns, please contact us immediately via the contact page.
